We’re beyond thrilled to be able to deliver our smart phones and eco home products to all of you! Firstly, thank you to everyone for supporting us during lockdown, and for your patience. You will get your orders soon!
We will be prioritising orders made from the 25th March 2020 BUT, we are also operating at a scaled down capacity to ensure the safety of our employees. Delivery times will be longer than our usual 3-5 days. We’re working on streamlining as we adjust to a new normal.
You’ve all been so patient already, we can’t thank you enough, there may still be delays due to roadblocks, government regulations & other interventions beyond our control. Please be assured that our team is working their butts off to make our MiFans happy.
Contactless delivery, collection and enhanced hygiene practices
- Together with our courier partners, we have implemented enhanced hygiene practices to ensure the safety of the driver as well as you, our customer.
- Drivers will wash their hands thoroughly and sanitise them before and after each delivery
- No physical contact will be made between the driver and yourself
- The driver will ensure they keep a safe distance when delivering your goods.
- The driver will place the Proof of Delivery note at a safe distance for you to sign. Please ensure you have your own pen.
We have also implemented stringent hygiene practices in our distribution centre in accordance with the WHO guidelines. This has been put in place to ensure the safety of our staff as well as give you additional peace of mind during this time
